Please note that all sales bookings are final and non-refundable. The property may charge your card in advance for the full amount of your stay. Payment protection is also not available in connection with these bookings. In the event that you cancel your booking the accommodation provider shall be entitled to retain the total outstanding costs of your booking. All rooms that are included in the sale are identified in their room type as [“!!! Sale !!! Non Refundable”].

If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the two nights will be charged.
20 USD Deposit will be charged at check-in for the room key card and towel. 10 USD will be charged against your deposit for lost key card or towel

Any cancellation must be done through the email (cancellation over the phone is not accepted). To avoid any charge, you need to get a confirmation email from the hostel.

Please note that during a special events and holidays, any cancellations made within one week of the date of arrival will be charged 100 percent of the two nights (Halloween Oct 31-Nov 1; Veteran's Day Nov 10-14 2015
